Sunday Football 1:00pm: The Results

The following are the results for the 1:00pm games:

Panthers vs. Ravens - The Ravens took this one 38-10. The Panthers looked weak in this game, they had trouble in both the passing game and the running game. The Ravens on the other hand over 300 yards in the air and over 100 yards on the ground. They looked healthy this week.

Packers vs. Bears - The Packers took this one 38-17. Arron Rodgers did amazing this week with over 300 yards in the air and 4 touchdown passes. As for their running game, it didn't look too great, but Lacy had a touchdown run. The Bears on the other hand had played a balanced game today. Cutler had 256 yards in the air today, but by throwing 2 interceptions, it blew the game for them today. They had an astonishing 265 yards on the ground, and it is surprising to see that they only got 17 points in this weeks game.

Bills vs. Texans - The Texans walked away from this one with a 23-17 victory over the Bills. Both of the teams did well in the air this game, but both Manuel and Fitzpatrick threw 2 interceptions in the game. The Bills also had about 100 yards on the ground where the Texans struggled with only 37 yards on the ground with Fitzpatrick leading the team in rushing yards. It seems as if Watt's pick-6 is what won the game for the Texans today.

Titans vs. Colts - The Colts were the clear leaders in this game with a 41-17 victory over the Titans. The Titans weren't even able to put up 200 yards in the air today, but they were able to put up about 100 yards on the ground today. Luck was arguably the best in this game with 4 touchdown passes and almost 400 yards in the air. He did throw an interception though. The Colts were also able to put up about 100 yards on the ground today, but Luck's amazing performance this week is what won it for the Colts.

Lions vs. Jets - The Lions were able to take this one with a 24-17 victory over the Jets. Stafford was able to put up just under 300 yards in the air today with 2 touchdown passes. The running game for them also went well this week because they were able to put up 88 yards. Calvin Johnson was barely a factor this week with only 2 catches for 12 yards. The Jets were only able to put up 209 yards in the air with 1 touchdown pass and 1 interception, both on the shoulders of Smith. They were able to put up 132 yards on the ground and one touchdown which Johnson was responsible for.

Dolphins vs. Raiders - The Dolphins were able to take this one with a 38-14 victory over the Raiders. This game was played in London today where Tannehill was able to throw for 278 yards in the air with 2 touchdown passes and only 1 interception. They were also able to put up 157 yards on the ground. They had 2 touchdowns in the running game both on the shoulders of Miller. The Raiders split the passing game between Carr and McGloin this week with Carr being able to put up 146 yards with 1 touchdown and 1 interception and McGloin had 129 yards in the air with 1 touchdown, but he threw 2 interceptions. The combination of these 3 interceptions really hurt the Raiders this week and ultimately helped them lose the game. In the running game they were only able to put up 53 yards.

Buccaneers vs. Steelers - This exciting game came down to the last seconds in which the Buccaneers were able to put together a winning drive to take it 27-24 over the Steelers. Glennon was able to put up 302 yards in the air today with 2 touchdown passes and 1 interception. His completion percentage this week was horrible this week at only 50%. In the running game, they were only able to put up 63 yards and 1 touchdown which Martin was responsible for. The Steelers did much better in the air with 314 yards in the air by Roethlisberger and 3 touchdown passes. Brown also got an attempt in the air today and was able to complete it for 17 yards. As for their running game, they were able to put up a healthy 85 yards mostly by Bell, but there were no touchdowns in the running game this week.
