Week 4 Injury Report

With this week full of injuries from all around the league, and six teams on a bye week, including the Arizona Cardinals, Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Bengals, Denver Broncos, St. Louis Rams, and the Seattle Seahawks, it will be very difficult for fantasy players. Each of the player were either labeled Out, Doubtful, Questionable or Probable.

Out: The player will definitely not be playing in the game the week.

Doubtful: The player will most likely not play in the game, is still not feeling great and was very limited in practices this past week.

Questionable: The player has played during practices, but only to a certain extent and may play during the game this week.

Probable: The player will most likely play in the game in week, but is still not feeling 100%.


AFC - North

Baltimore Ravens

Bernard Pierce, running back, thigh, probable - He was at practice each and every day this week with full participation and is expected to start in the game this week.

Cincinnati Bengals

No Injuries

NFC - North

Chicago Bears

Brandon Marshall, wide receiver, ankle, questionable - after having to leave the game Monday night in Week 3 for brief periods to get his ankle checked out, he has not practice at all over the past week. He will be a game time decision so keep close eye on his status before the game.

Detroit Lions

Joique Dell, running back, knee, probable - he is expected to start after being able to participate fully in practice late this week as he did last week and was able to start.

Calvin Johnson, wide receiver, ankle, questionable - he didn't return to practice until Friday this week. He says that he is able to play on Sunday, but make sure you check his status before the game.

Joseph Fauria, tight end, ankle, out - he injured his ankle in Week 3 and as unable to practice over this past week.

Green Bay Packers

No Injuries

Minnesota Vikings

Kyle Rudolph, tight end, abdomen/groin, out - after sustaining this injury in Week 3, he is expected to miss more than a month.

AFC - South

Houston Texans

Arian Foster, running back, hamstring, questionable - he is expected to be a game time decision yet again. He did complete limited practice each day this week.

Andre Johnson, wide receiver, ankle, probable - he was able to complete limited practice on Wednesday, but closed out the week with full practice on Thursday and Friday and is expected to play in the game this week.

Indianapolis Colts

T.Y. Hilton, wide receiver, ankle, probable - with an ankle ailment, he was still able to participate fully in practice on Thursday and Friday. He is expected to play in the game on Sunday against the Titans.

Jacksonville Jaguars

Toby Gerhart, running back, ankle, probable - he hasn't missed a game since getting this injury during the season opened. Although he is putting in fully participation in practices, he is lacking productivity on the field. He is not 100% recovered from his injury, but is expected to play in the game on Sunday.

Allen Hurts, wide receiver, ankle, probable - after injuring his ankle in Week 2 and being able to play in Week 3, with light practice on Wednesday, and full practices on both Thursday and Friday, his is expected to play in the game against the Chargers this week.

Marqise Lee, wide receiver, hamstring, out - he missed Week 3 with a hamstring ailment and is expected to sit out this week after not practicing at all this week.

Cecil Shorts III, wide receiver, hamstring, healthy - he is finally fully healthy and is expected to start in the rest of the games this season.

Tennessee Titans

Jake Locker, quarterback, wrist, questionable - he injured his right wrist last week and wasn't able to practice for most of the week until Friday, where he was very limited in practice. Expect a final decision early before the 1pm game they have scheduled.

Delanie Walker, tight end, shoulder, questionable - he was only able to put in limited participation at practice on Thursday and Friday. It looks as if he will be able to take the field on Sunday, but with setbacks.

NFC - South

Atlanta Falcons

Roddy White, wide receiver, ankle, questionable - he was able to increase his activity in practice over the course of the week with full practice on Friday. The Falcons say that he is expected to play this week after sitting out in Week 3.

Devin Hester, wide receiver, ankle, probable - he was listed on the injury report with an ankle ailment, but with his full participation in practice this week, he is expected to start on Sunday.

Harry Douglas, wide receiver, foot, questionable - he left he Week 3 game early with a foot injury and after full practice Wednesday and Thursday, he was limited on Friday. He is in question for this week so keep close track on his status before the game.

Carolina Panthers

Jonathan Stewart, running back, knee, questionable - after having to leave the game last week with a "severely sprained knee," it seems more likely that he will not be playing in this weeks game.

DeAngelo Williams, running back, thigh, probable - he was able to play, with full participation over the past week and is expected to start in the game on Sunday against the Ravens.

Jerricho Cotchery, wide receiver, thigh, probable - he was able to put in full participation during practice this week and is expected to play in the game this week.

New Orleans Saints

Mark Ingram, running back, hand, out - he remains out after breaking his hand in Week 2.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Josh McCown, quarterback, thumb, doubtful - he sprained his thumb in Week 3. The healing is processing well and will not need surgery. It is very slim that he will play in this weeks game.

Doug Martin, running back, knee, probable - he missed the last two games after being injured during Week 1. He was able to attend every practice the week with full participation. Martin is eager to play this week and is ready to show everyone what his has got.

Vincent Jackson, wide receiver, wrist, probable - he suffered a hairline fracture to his wrist in Week 3, but with full participation three days this week, he is expected to take the field this week, but will have to wear a protective brace.

AFC - East

Buffalo Bills

EJ Manuel, quarterback, abdomen, probable - he was able to attend very practice this week with full participation. He is expected to start in this weeks game.

C.J. Spiller, running back, chest, probable - he was added to the injury list Thursday, but was still able to complete full practices throughout this whole week. He is not 100% recovered, but he seems well enough to play in this game on Sunday.

Sammy Watkins, wide receiver, ribs, probable - he has steadily been improving. he was able to participate fully in practice this week and is expected to play against the Texans this week.

Robert Woods, wide receiver, ankle, probable - he seems to have minimal loss of productivity with is ankle injury and is expected to play in game against the Texans on Sunday.

Miami Dolphins

Mike Wallace, wide receiver, hamstring, probable - he was able to put in full participation this week, he is expected to play against the Raiders this week in London.

Charles Clay, tight end, knee, questionable - he hasn't missed a game yet despite the same issue all season. He is expected to play in the game on Sunday in London against the Raiders.

Knowshon Moreno, running back, elbow - he remains out with an elbow injury from Week 2. He is yet to return to practice.

New England Patriots

Rob Gronkowski, tight end, knee, no designation yet - he expects to give more participation in this weeks game as he continues to recover from his ACL/MCL surgery. He is expected to take the field on Monday night against the Chiefs.

New York Jets

Chris Johnson, running back, ankle, probable - he was able to participate fully in practice every day this week and is expected to play against the Lions at home this week.

Eric Decker, wide receiver, hamstring, questionable - he was forced to exit the game Monday Night with a sore hamstring. If his hamstring isn't able to loosen up this week, he will be limited to playing. Keep a close eye on his status before the game.

NFC - East

Dallas Cowboys

Tony Romo, quarterback, back, probable - he was able to complete full practice this past week except for Wednesday which he did last week and it seemed to work for him and the team in their victory over the St. Louis Rams. He is expected to start this week against he Saints.

Dez Bryant, wide receiver, shoulder, probable - after playing last week with the same injury, it is expected that he plays in this weeks game against the Saints. He did remain on limited practice this week though.

New York Giants

Jamaal Charles, running back, ankle, no designation yet - he was in limited participation during practice this week. It is likely that Charles plays this week, but definitely with some setbacks.

Oakland Raiders

Maurice Jones-Drew, running back, hand, probable - after missing the last two weeks from this injury. He was able to put in the full amount of practice this week. He is eager to play in London this week as his team takes on the Miami Dolphins. The Raiders are hoping that his return could help the team to their first win of the season.

Rod Streater, wide receiver, foot, out - he injured is foot in Week 3 and is expected to miss more than a month.

San Diego Chargers

Keenan Allen, wide receiver, groin, probable - he practice activity has increased from that of last weeks and is expected to play in the game this week against the Jaguars.

Antonio Gates, tight end, hamstring, probable - despite being on the injury list since Week 1, he as been considered as one of the most productive tight ends in the league. He has practiced fully all week and is expected to start on Sunday.

Ladarius Green, tight end, hamstring, questionable - he was limited in practice on Thursday and was unable to practice on Friday. His status remains in question going into the game on Sunday.

Ryan Mathews, running back, knee, out - he sprained the MCL in his right knee in Week 2 and is projected to miss four or five games.

NFC - West

Arizona Cardinals

Bye Week

San Francisco 49ers

Frank Gore, running back, back, probable - he was put on the injury report this week after coming up with a back sore. He was at practice each day this week with full participation and is expected to play on Sunday as the 49ers host the Eagles.

Michael Crabtree, wide receiver, quadriceps, probable - he was able to practice fully on both Thursday and Friday, and is expected to play against the Eagles on Sunday.

Vernon Davis, tight end, ankle/knee, questionable - throughout the course of the week, he has improved after not being able to play in last weeks game as of game time. This is expected to be a game time decision so watch carefully for the 4:25pm game.

Seattle Seahawks
