Who to Pick?
Which team would I pick? I don't think this is a simple choice. Both teams have executed at high levels throughout the season. If I were to pick a team, I would say the Cowboy's because of their rushing game.
Houston Texans
The Texans have played 3 good games this year with the exception of their game against the Giants. In all the other games, they played like a team and they helped each other with every aspect of the game. If Arian Foster is able play for the team, they would be able to win most of their games with a balanced offense. Any team which can rely on a running game in stressful 3rd and short situations, will be very successful and that is what Foster brings to the team. If Foster isn't healthy, the team suffers as a result. The Texans have been executing slightly below average on offense. If they want this game, they will have to step it up a bit, especially on defense because the Cowboys are currently 1st in rushing yards.
Dallas Cowboys
The Cowboys have been executing on a very high level this season especially on offense. They put up an average of 28.8 points per game which is ranked at the 4th spot in the league. Their rushing on the other hand is ranked 1st in the league where they average an astonishing 165 yards per game, just on the ground. If Romo were to step his game up a slight bit more, they would have an almost unstoppable. DeMarco Murray is currently having one of the best seasons of his life, which he is currently averaging 133.5 yards each game, just on the ground. That is better than what most teams get in 2 games of rushing. If they continue at this level, they will easily be able to take the division and make it through to the play-offs.
